First Fridays at the Taubman: EMERGE! We are excited to welcome you to the debut of the new First Fridays series at the Taubman Museum of Art hosted by the 110 Young Professionals Society! The theme for this event is EMERGE! EMERGE! is a celebration of the sacrifices we’ve all made over the past year, the distance we’ve kept in the service of our community, and our joyful return to society. Guests are encouraged to wear show-stopping outfits they haven’t had the chance to show off since quarantine began. Experience the drama and spectacle of the Museum’s stunning architecture and world-class exhibition heightened by music and exciting performance art. Experience the spotlight exhibit, Opulence and Fantasy: Couture Gowns and Jewelry of Mindy Lam in its final weeks before closing June 13. Admission to EMERGE! is free, and the first 100 guests will receive a complimentary wine tasting featuring selections from Chateau Morrisette, Williamsburg Winery, and Biltmore Winery. Craft beer, regional wines, and small plates will also be available for purchase at the Museum café, Morning Brew Coffee Company. Complimentary Tastings are for 21+. ID required.
