Join FORWARD__Space at SOUTHAMPTON ARTS CENTER for 50-minutes of FORWARD with Rachel, Kristin, Maresa + FS Team! FORWARD provides a continuous cardio experience with easy-to-follow, high-energy dance-based movement mixed with athletic conditioning—plus, an easy choreographed combo at the end. No equipment necessary! Temperatures will be checked with a contactless, digital thermometer by a FS team member, which will be contingent upon your entry. Southampton Arts Center is practicing all social distancing guidelines. Masks will be required on site. Guests may only remove masks while dancing at your designated spot during class. Bring your own towel and wear athletic footwear for dancing.Complimentary water provided.Parking is available in the municipal parking lot located behind SAC.Please enter through the Lower Lawn.Age Requirement is 16 years of age or older.Questions?
