This exciting event will gear you up to conquer your fears, drive you to push through limits, allow you to hurdle those uncompleted goals and bring you stories that will leave you breathless! Women of Excellence Is Me,. "WOE" Is Me.  In October of 2019, Christi and Company Consulting, launched Women of Excellence, Is Me. "WOE " Is Me. This organization of women in business and careers started as a true passion to bring women together to support each other. This all stemmed from life events of several women who juggled careers, businesses and life, as the saying goes "what didn't kill you makes you stronger". Our tribe of women provided motivation, empowerment, and information on how to run a successful business while also keeping careers in spite of any set-backs. Our collaboration extended to our community service partner, a non-profit organization called The New Black Collective, who are career minded individuals who focus on community service. The New Black Collective is a community organization that is dedicated to giving back to the community by teaching financial literacy, economic and political awareness, and education beyond the classroom. The mission of The New Black Collective is to amplify the quality of life in our community by promoting culture and education, through community initiatives and partnerships. Our joint ventures and the event's purpose will be to provide scholarship funds to prospective organizations in Central Texas who align with the vision of advancing leadership, empowerment and educational pursuits.
