Rehoming Havanese

I have a 5 month old Havanese who I no longer can care for. I have been trying my hardest to keep him up. He is very hyper, he is good with kids but due to his breed and hyoerness he likes to bite a lot in a playful way. I would recommend he goes to a family with no small children just because his bites is too playful. He was in dog training class but due to everything going on I had to stop. He is a trio color and needs his fur to be kept up due to him having white fur and 2 other colors. I had used a few different shampoo to take his stains off his fur but nothing works. So I usually take him to a groomer and that worked just a little bit. He loves to run around and rarely uses a leash. I am asking for a small rezoning fee $250. I had got him 3x's that price. I just want to make sure he goes to a safe and loving home who can give him all the attention. He is also UTD on his shots the only thing he has to get is his vaccines and I believe another shot.
