Preparing our house for sale (Pleasant Valley). Repairs and upkeep needed. Seeking an experienced junior contractor or general builder who has done it all. Must be efficient and fast. Will be doing a little bit of everything: Painting Electrical Woodwork Plumbing Deck Power Tools Household Repair Cleaning Yard Stuff Dump Runs (valid license required -- we have truck) Paid daily in cash.
