LOST black and white kitten! Please help

Lost Kitty: He was last seen outside our Arborpointe Apartment in Richland which is also by Maple Ridge Apartments across the road from Beaver Bark on 5/24/21, he got spooked by the renovations being done outside and we haven't seen him since. He goes outside sometimes but is never gone this long. He is chipped and has a blue collar with pink tags with our phone number. The collar says Theo but he comes to Doro too. He's a friendly kitty but can be skittish around groups of people. REWARD IF FOUND Please help, his little human misses him!
