Leading a Comprehensive Instructional Coaching Program in Your School or District Presenter(s): Jill Geocaris and Becky Mathison In this Academy, participants will examine various approaches to instructional coaching in order to develop and/or revise a vision and model for instructional coaching in their schools. The session will address what constitutes true coaching, the roles of an instructional coach and how to support instructional coaches. Finally, we will explore how to evaluate an instructional coaching program. Event Credit: 6 AA Hours Refunds will be issued only to participants who contact SCISC five (5) business days before the start date of the program, or if the program is canceled.
