Description

This is the course required by the state to obtain a Texas License to Carry (“LTC”). Please do NOT register or attend if you have any of the COVID symptoms listed below. You will receive a full refund if you register but cannot to attend due to symptoms: When registering, please ensure your name is entered *exactly* as it appears on your driver's license. Note: This is NOT a "how to shoot course." You should have a basic familiarity with firearms safety and marksmanship before taking this class, and be able to place 35 of 50 shots in an area about the size of a sheet of legal paper under a slight time pressure. This is the minimum course required by the state to obtain a Texas License to Carry (“LTC”). If your goal is to earn your LTC, you’re in the right place. We’ll teach you the baseline fundamentals required to carry a concealed handgun legally, responsibly, and safely. After successfully completing the course, we’ll issue a Certificate of Training (LTC 100) that you can submit to the State to prove you have met the training requirement. Any caliber handgun is allowed, including .22s. No lasers or optics are permitted during the shooting test. *If you are serving or have served honorably in the military, as a First Responder, or a teacher, please enter promotional code "I_served" (no quotes) for a 10% discount.
