Jaguar Land Rover Volvo Cars Monterey is looking to add to our growing and successful service department. We are currently looking for a Automotive Service Technician.
The automotive service technician is responsible for timely, and accurately performing automotive repairs and service. Upholding the stores policies and procedures while ensuring efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Performing work as instructed on the repair order with efficiency and accuracy.
Diagnose causes and complete recommendations.
Road-test vehicles to ensure quality of repairs.
Document all work performed in a clean and organized manner, utilizing hard copy repair orders and electronic multipoint systems and DMS i.e., Reynolds, CDK etc.
Responsible for providing and maintaining an inventory of tools necessary to perform the job.
Qualifications:
Prior automotive repair experience is necessary.
ASE and manufacturer certifications are desired.
A team player, focused on not only personal success, but departmental success and performance.
Acceptable driving record and valid drivers license in state of residency.
