It's BBQ Time! Come out and taste what some of the best cooks in Texas have to offer. You be the JUDGE! As a judge, you will be tasting some of best BBQ in TX. You are given a seat assignment and provided with a device to input scores and feedback. Judging means being able to taste up to 15 different entries per category. And if you're really hungry, register to be a judge for as many categories as you like. Friday evening categories include Margaritas and Chef's Choice. Saturday categories include: Beans, Micheladas, Chicken, Ribs, Pork, Brisket, and a pork chop from the Kidsque competition. Hope to see you out there! Judges must be at least 18 years of age for food categories and 21 years of age for Micheladas and Margaritas.
