You can get paid to help us shape the digital landscape! Are you a tech-savvy individual comfortable using new gear & apps (wearables, smartphones, voice-enabled tech like Siri/Alexa/FB Portal)? Do you feel comfortable learning new tech and instructing/guiding others in their usage? If so and you're ready to get started ASAP, please review these high-level qualifications. Please note that you must comply with local COVID 19 laws. Please ALSO note: A video call interview will be required as part of this selection process. Terms: • Role: Moderator for Wearable Technology • Type: Contract (1099) • Location: 2950 North Loop West, Houston, TX 77092 • Duration: 6 months to commence early June with onsite training • Capacity: 35-40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, typically during the 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM CT; may include some off-hours and weekends Day to day Responsibilities: • Meet & greet incoming testers of the wearable device • Provide testers with instruction and guidance on the wearable device • Perform basic troubleshooting of devices Qualifications: • Strong communications skills - bilingual Spanish a plus! • Customer service experience - IT/hardware/wearables a plus! • Can follow detailed technical documentation & instructions • Problem-solving capabilities • Be a quick learner • Must be dependable!
