Juneteenth Scholars On The Rise program is a public recognition of academic achievement, leadership, and the pursuit of higher education. The Epsilon Sigma Lambda Chapter of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc., invites you to celebrate our holistic emancipation and to promote classroom excellence through the honoring of top students. The program will feature a live artistic performance, remarks by public officials and former scholarship recipients, the awarding of scholarships, and a keynote address by author and Superintendent of Halifax County Public Schools, Brother Dr. Eric L. Cunningham. Thank you for your ongoing emotional, spiritual and financial support, which enable us to pour into the lives of young men throughout the region, and to invest in their ongoing development.
