Join the North Carolina Values Coalition for a Legislative Day of Action with Katie Shaw Families should plan to arrive at NC General Assembly and gather for registration in front of the legislative building beginning at 9 am. Following brief remarks and instructions for your day, families will meet proceed to appointment to meet legislators from 10 am until noon. Personally meet Katie Shaw, an Indiana woman with Down syndrome who is a powerful national advocate for life. She says God called her to tell everyone Psalm 139:14, "I am fearfully and wonderfully made." There is an optional opportunity to enjoy lunch on your own with fellow attendees in the NCGA Cafeteria and sit in to observe the afternoon session of the State House and/or State Senate.
