Beach Sunset Networking L.A. Tech Happy Hour + L.A. Tech WellnessReconnect with the tech community in a safe, outdoor environment with the option to take advantage of a group workout for all fitness levels first. LA Tech Happy Hour is teaming up with LA Tech Wellness to bring a safe, outdoor happy hour event to the L.A. tech community with the option to join our beach yoga experience first. You are invited to join us on June 10 at 5:30 PM on the beach in Santa Monica for community building and outdoor wellness. Schedule:5:30 - 5:45pm - Arrival and check @ Santa Monica Beach (Lot 8 North)5:45 - 7:00pm - Group Wellness Event (Restorative Yoga, Breath Work, Guided Meditation)6:00 - 8:00pm - LA Tech & Startup NetworkingAs the wellness portion concludes, there will be a very impactful, guided networking opportunity followed by open conversations as the sun sets over the Pacific Ocean. For those who do not wish to participate in the wellness activities, there will be plenty of space for open networking during the full event duration. We recommend guests bring their own beverages to enjoy on the beach. Info about the wellness class: Outdoor training, moving at your level, and that priceless Pacific ocean breeze all with 16-year certified fitness pro, Jared Rodriguez and certified Yoga instructor Nick Ventra. Focused, connected, fun, and sweaty; Jared and Nick will make you feel welcome, help you ROCK your movements, and inspire you to explore new heights! Workout followed by guided breathwork, led by Umair Kabani, a holistic business coach, serial entrepreneur, and master connector. WHAT TO BRING: You’ll need a yoga mat or towel, water, and an open mind. Feel free to bring any business cards, note pads, or anything else you’ll want for yourself. LOCATION: We’ll meet at Santa Monica Beach off PCH and Montana Street. Register for directions to find us. INJURIES OR LIMITATIONS: You must be heart healthy and approved by your physician to train with Inspired Method. If you have any injuries, limitations, or health complications please arrive early and chat with your trainer. SAFETY INFORMATION: We will be outdoors the entire time. Please do not attend if you are feeling sick. LocationWe will be meeting on the sand near Montana Ave and the PCH. Head onto the sand out from Montana Ave and look for the table and L.A. Tech Happy Hour banner. Parking Lot 8 is the easiest parking and a good landmark from which to find the group.
