Her various health issues could no longer be masked or ignored as she was standing at a personal crossroads. It was through the journey of healing from the inside, out that she discovered the pain she had buried so deep. Angel chose to “stand up” in the midst of despair and lean into her inner strength thru faith and vulnerability to tear down the walls that took years to build up. Deepening her level of awareness and learning to listen to the needs of her Body, Soul and Spirit she came to life in a way that changed everything.
