This business is owned and fully operated by a Family Oriented Construction Company entity that is in need of great reliable help. YOU MUST NOT HAVE ANY CURRENT MEDICAL CONDITIONS. You will have to submit your most recent PHYSICAL FORMS from your Primary Care Physician for Construction appliance clearance. We need Employees that have a Family to feed with no excuses of why they can not report to work everyday. Employees who do NOT consume DRUGS or ALCOHOL and employees who are seeking an advancement in an career opportunity. There will also be a Back Ground Check Examination performed for clearance on each applicant and reference's will be checked. We perform Scale Pay jobs on Government Grounds such as APG/EPG and Privately owned government agencies in Anne Arundel County. Candidates will have to obtain clearance to enter these grounds in order to work. We need employees that own their own vehicle/s to mobilize themselves to the project sites/locations everyday in which they are assigned to. Projects will be located with in different locations throughout Harford, Baltimore County and Baltimore City, MD. THAT BEING SAID, EMPLOYEE MUST HAVE A VALID DRIVERS LICENCE AND MUST ARRIVE TO THE PROJECT SITE ON TIME EVERY WORKING DAY- Monday-Friday 6am-3pm. OVERTIME IS ALWAYS AVAILABLE! PLEASE DO NOT REPLY TO THIS POST IF YOU DO NOT HAVE THE EXPERIENCE REQUIRED TO FULL-FILL DEMANDS REQUIRED FOR THE POSITION: CONSTRUCTION LABORER: Duties would included but not be limited to (there will be more work involved but only assigned at your known level of experience within the task at hand): Assisting the tradesmen with moving materials to the project grounds. YOU MUST KNOW HOW TO READ A TAPE MEASURE/FRACTIONAL PARTS AND ALL Knowing the differences between ALL of the TOOLS-AND HOW TO PROPERTY USE THEM! Also, the types of EQUIPMENT/MACHINERY that is utilized in Construction. You would not be required to use this equipment, however - we would need you to know the difference between a Bob Cat, Skid Loader, Fork Lift, Concrete Mixer, Grout Mixer (and so on) and the difference between the types of attachments used for the equipment and which attachment fits which machine. Be able to dig dirt holes for concrete footers and to be able to move dirt/rocks/sand and so on around with a shovel Mixing and pouring concrete. Must be 18+ years of age Hourly pay is $15.00--$18.00 - Depending on experience SKILLED TRADEMAN-Duties included but not limited to(there will be more work involved but only assigned at your known level of experience within the task at hand): All that has been stated and listed within above for the Construction Laborer Know how to set up for, pour/lay concrete and finish Know how to properly install brick and CMU's blocks of any size using concrete mortar joints Knowing how to properly dig a footer with the required Equipment/Heavy Operating Machinery. As well as, knowing how to properly utilize Heavy Machinery. Forklift and any other Heavy Equipment Certifications would be preferred. More will be discussed upon interview.
