Large Property Management Company in the Baltimore Metro area looking for an experienced cleaning person(s) to clean rental properties and start immediately. We own and manage 800+ properties in the Baltimore Metropolitan area. The following are mandatory to work with us. -Must have reliable newer vehicle -Must have own cleaning supplies -Must have liability insurance (we are happy to help obtain this) -Must be available when needed -Must have a smart phone and the ability to text pictures -Must have a digital camera with memory card -Must have verifiable references The majority of the jobs are in Baltimore City, the rest are AA County, Baltimore County, Brooklyn, Brooklyn Park, and a few in Howard County.
