The Benicia CAC hosts an appreciation lunch for VITA volunteers and staff that helped achieve another successful tax season! You are invited to the Benicia CAC's VITA volunteer appreciation lunch. This past tax season was filled with surprises, and challenges with the pandemic, and new tax policies, etc. Prior to the start of tax season we set an ambitious goal to help at least 400 tax clients by May 17th. As of the deadline, we exceeded that goal with over 450 tax returns filed, thanks to wonderful partners like you. As a token of our thanks we are hosting a lunch for VITA volunteers and Benicia CAC staff that helped coordinate, and produce our annual free tax service. Please join us on Friday, June 25th for a lunch at Francesca Terrace Park.
