Calton Cases has been around since 1969, and started building flight rated cases in the founder's garage. We’ve grown to over 150 retailers and luthiers internationally primarily from word of mouth about our cases being the toughest customizable cases in the market today. We are currently going through a period of growth as a company and we are looking for folks who would like to come on and help us hit our goals. Our most recent success has been our launch of the collaboration between ourselves and Gibson Guitars. Check out the Gibson Signature series on our website. We are looking for a positive, enthusiastic, and punctual person to join our Hardware department. This position is best suited for those who enjoy building and working with their hands. We are a small crew that strives for teamwork, an optimistic mindset, and a strong attention to detail. What you’ll be doing: Taking direction and executing your tasks with great attention to detail. Tracking your times and productivity. Working with some small power tools, pneumatic rivet guns, and different adhesives.. Creating a custom “vault” for some of the worlds finest, rarest, and most priceless instruments. Structure: Full time position Monday through Thursday 7:00am to 5:30pm. $15 an hour, with 2 paid 20 minute breaks, and one unpaid 30 min lunch daily. Six paid Holidays: Christmas Day, Thanksgiving Day, New Years Day, Memorial Day, Labor Day, and the Fourth of July. Perks: Fridays off with three day weekends. After 1.5 years of employment you can make your own case on the house. Snacks and beverages provided.
