Allow the pure intentional vibration of the Gong, singing bowls, and more to drop you into a deeply relaxed and rejuvenating state of being! The studio has all the props you need, but feel free to bring your own. A Yoga Mat, blankets, bolsters, or whatever else you may need to get supremely comfortable.
