Be on-time to work every day. 3. Have excellent customer service skills, and a great attitude is required. 4. Be reliable, responsible, punctual and presentable. 5. Be physically capable of lifting 100 lbs frequently on a daily basis. 6. Pass a drug screen. 7. Drivers are REQUIRED to acquire a medical card, through Concentra, which we pay for as long as you stay on board for 3 or more months. We pay for the $85 Dot physical. If you leave before the 3 months, you will pay the $85 fee out of your last check.
