Experience full body unity with your partner through Healing Breathwork. Strengthening your bond and unlocking deeper connection. The Breath is a Master Weaver. It bridges the gap from head to heart so we can be more embodied, clear, and open to love. In this class, each couple will get to go on a unique journey with Spirit and the Breath to unlock more love, more passion, and more connection in their relationship. True partnership exists when two whole people come together in unity. This particular breath practice is masterful at opening the heart so this unity can flow. Through Breathwork, each partner will be guided into deeper alignment with the power of the heart so that connection and union can be amplified. We open the class with an introduction to the breathwork, a short couples exercise to set the intention for your practice, followed by an immersive Breathwork journey. Essentail oils, sound, guided imagery and chocolate ;) are some of the tools also incorportated into this experience.
