Beach Bootcamp is a 90 minute circuit fitness experience including KB, Pilates, Yoga, and SUP. Class finishes with breath work.
Sand in between your toes, a rising sun, and a community of like minded individuals is our ideal way to start a Saturday! This laid back :90 min class has participants working in small groups of 3-4 people. Kettlebells, Pilates, SUP and other functional training modalities will form our circuits. The result is a total body workout scaleable for all levels. We invite you to enjoy nature, the company, and we we’ll push you just outside of your comfort zone as we encourage you to flow your own way.
