Siting of lost pup at Western cider-Brown and White Collie Mix

Hello, I was just having a cider at Western Cider at 501 N California street. I saw a sweet pup running by itself on the river trail. I tried to lure it towards me with a piece of meat but it bolted off:( It appeared to be a brown a white collie mix possibly. It definitely had a collar and tags. Appeared relatively well fed. I walked the river trail a little bit and found a couple walking that lived in some apartments near by that said they had seen the pup before. I wasn't able to catch a glimpse of the tags but it definitely had some. If anyone is missing a pup that fits the description or sees this pup please contact myself or animal control. I called a made a report because I wasn't able to get the pup:( If you have any questions please dm me or if you find the pup please let me know I am headed out to look for it again before night fall, I would love to know it got home safe!
