Menu : Snow pea, Kale and Butter Lettuce Salad with a homemade Service Berry Vinaigrette Pork Chop topped with a sweet soy glaze sauce. Served with sauteed lemon garlic kale with Jasmin rice accompanied by pickled carrot and onion. Strawberry cobbler for dessert Menu subject to change slightly due to availability of produce
