Campus Auxiliary Services (CAS) at SUNY Geneseo is excited to announce our Gastro Pub cooking class, part of our summer cooking classes series. In this applied learning class, participants will have the opportunity to prepare fresh entreés from prep to compilation. Our Gastro Pub class provides attendees with an opportunity to complete a full-course Gastro Pub meal. This tasting event comes with instructions on making soups, appetizers, an entree, and a dessert.
This class will be held on the SUNY Geneseo campus, at the newly renovated Red Jacket Dining Complex.

If you should need to cancel more than seven (7) days prior to the date of the class you registered for, you will be eligible for a full refund. If you cancel less than seven (7) days prior but more than 24 hours prior to the date of the class you registered for, you will be eligible for a 50% refund. Any cancellation 24 hours or less from the date of the class will not be eligible for a refund.
Cooking classes require a minimum attendance or will be cancelled. If a class is cancelled by CAS, the customer will be notified via email and a full refund will be provided.
If you are unable to attend due to a mandatory quarantine for a positive COVID test or exposure to COVID, please provide documentation of the required quarantine and a full refund will be provided.
