All individuals arrested or charged with a crime are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. REPORTS MALICIOUS WOUNDING BY MOB, 2021-05240015, 1200 block of S. Ross Street. At approximately 4:19 a.m. on May 24, police were dispatched to the report of a disorderly conduct. Upon arrival, officers located the male victim who was suffering from physical injuries. He advised that at approximately 12:00 a.m., he was assaulted by 5 individuals. The victim provided limited information to officers and the exact location of the assault could not be determined. Medical treatment was refused. There are no suspect descriptions. The investigation is ongoing. BURGLARY, 2021-05230091 / 05230119, 800 block of N. Randolph Street. At approximately 9:00 a.m. on May 23, police responded to the late report of a breaking and entering of a residence. At approximately 12:00 p.m. police responded to the second report within the same residential building. The investigation determined that during overnight hours, the unknown suspect entered the two unlocked, occupied residences and stole credit cards and an undisclosed amount of cash from the victims. No other items were reported stolen or damaged. The stolen credit cards were later determined to have been used or attempted use at various locations. The suspect is described as a Black male, approximately 20 – 30 years old, 5'10"– 6'0" tall, 190 – 220 pounds. The investigation is ongoing. INDECENT EXPOSURE, 2021-05240161, S. Four Mile Run Drive at S. Nelson Street. At approximately 7:07 p.m. on May 24, police were dispatched to the report of an exposure. The investigation determined that the female victim was walking in the area when she noticed the male suspect standing nearby with his genitals exposed and masturbating. The suspect is described as a White male, approximately 30 – 40 years old, with an average to stocky build. He was wearing a red baseball cap with white print, a gray t-shirt with a black vest, red cargo shorts, black socks, and black sneakers. The investigation is ongoing.
