Join us for yoga taught by Firefly Sisterhood Guide, Ziya Tarapore. Smooth Move will also be there with their delicious smoothies! Yoga Instructor Ziya Tarapore is a cancer survivor and trained yoga instructor. The class focuses on special breathing techniques, meditations and physical movements that address the needs of cancer patients. All are welcome in this class to learn and experience the benefits of these techniques, yoga based movements and how they can have an effect on the physical, emotional and physiological impacts of cancer. If you are a Firefly Sisterhood Guide, these will count as OGT hours. We invite you to stay after Yoga and enjoy the Smooth Move (available for purchase) food truck! They offer dairy free, gluten free, fresh fruit hand crafted smoothies!
