HIRING ELECTRICIAN/PLUMBER We are Residential Construction Company and looking for an experienced Plumber and Electrician to efficiently undertake a variety of plumbing tasks ranging from installing pipes and responsible for installing complex electrical control, wiring, and lighting systems working from a technical blueprint. Someone who can do both is a plus. The goal is to install and maintain well-functioning systems that transport water, waste, gases or hot liquids and also involve installing electrical wiring and equipment in existing buildings and buildings under construction. Due to the critical nature of this work to our teams and our customers, electricians must be first and foremost responsible individuals with great attention to detail and safety precautions. Plumber Responsibilities • Read blueprints and drawings to understand or plan the layout of plumbing, waste disposal and water supply systems • Cut, assemble and install pipes and tubes with attention to existing infrastructure (e.g. electrical wiring) • Install and maintain water supply systems • Locate and check issues with water supply lines (e.g. leaks) • Replace broken drainage lines, clogged drains, faucets etc. • Install a bathroom vanity • Install waste disposal and sanitary systems with well-functioning DWV systems Requirements • Proven experience as a plumber • Solid understanding of water distribution and disposal systems in residential area • Working knowledge of heating and ventilation systems as well as appliances • Ability to handle plumbing tools and equipment (pipe wrenches, pipe cutters, plungers etc.) • Good communication and interpersonal skills • Friendly with a great deal of patience • Good physical condition and strength with the ability to work in awkward spaces • Diploma from a trade school or successful completion of apprenticeship • Valid license to practice profession Electrician Responsibilities: • Install, maintain and repair electrical control, wiring, and lighting systems. • Read technical diagrams and blueprints. • Perform general electrical maintenance. • Inspect transformers and circuit breakers and other electrical components. • Troubleshoot electrical issues using appropriate of testing devices. • Follow National Electrical Code state and local building regulations. • Circuit breaker corrective maintenance. • Good knowledge of heating and air conditioning systems. • Good knowledge of various test equipment. Electrician Requirements: • Experience working as an electrician. • Deep electrical system, power generation, blueprints and maintenance and repair knowledge. • Experience in renewable energy field.
