Construction Subcontractor We are a Residential Construction Company looking for licensed sub-contractors who provides a service, typically in doing a specific job within a construction project for kitchen and bath remodeling and additions. That can provide a specialized service in a professional way. Takes any and all specifications from the foreman or Project Manager at a job site and completes the task in a timely fashion according to all legal precedents and blueprints. Responsibilities • Site prep, demolition, and excavation • Rough framing and carpentry • Operate power tools and small equipment • Drywall and tile installation • Window and door installation • Interior and exterior trim • Cabinetry installation • General understanding of building science and trade work (electrical, plumbing, mechanical, etc.) • Estimate the Cost of Work (Must accurately estimate the charge for working on the project and avoids responsibility for cost overruns.) • Work without Supervision (Can carry out the work with no or minimal supervision and must coordinate with the project manager so that everything is completed efficiently and on schedule) • Must keep an accurate record of all workers under his/her control and ensures that this information is stored correctly Requirements • Should be able to read blueprints and understand the basics of construction outside of their specialty. • Maintaining professional relationships with other laborers and general contractors is important. • Must be detail-oriented with high standards • Have reliable transportations • Have a complete tools for construction • Have a team that composed of laborer, electrician, plumber, carpenter, and or any workers on a construction site PLEASE SEND YOUR APPLICATION TO: [email protected]
