Finish Carpenter We are Residential Construction Company and we are looking for skilled professional Finish Carpenters who perform the final touches on homes after the structure is fully built. Duties are but not limited to: Framing, Cabinet Installation, Trims and Moldings, Installation of Hardware and Fixtures, Installation of Windows, and Millwork. Someone that work with different materials and are employed in various construction projects. They apply the final layers of products and complete work on the surface, even-out dents and mistakes, apply the desired color or coating, and level top layers of exteriors. They are required to follow work from sketches and drawings to complete the job to the right specifications. Finish carpenters must also dismantle and demolish before carrying out repairs or installing new materials. Projects range from bathrooms and kitchens (and other interior spaces) to whole house remodels with additions. Responsibilities • Install cabinets, vinyl, FRP, carpet, windows, Sheetrock, painting • Assist with electrical wiring • Demo rooms and add on with new framing Sheetrock and flooring. • Complete demo of existing cabinets, tile, drywall, electrical wirings, appliances etc. • Remodel cabins & other buildings adding kitchens and baths • Finish Carpentry/Doors • Develop proficiency in hand cope interior/exterior trim work, hanging doors/drilling and setting hardware. • Frame and insulate walls-Completed demo work-install cabinets, flooring • Work in a residential environment performing multiple interior systems such as drywall and steel stud framing and ceiling system installation. • Expertly pour, level, and smooth concrete on a variety of surfaces including curbs, and floors. • Set the forms that hold the concrete in place, patch existing surfaces, cut expansion joints, and monitor the curing of the concrete to ensure a high-quality finish.
