Press release from the City of Irving: May 25, 2021 In observance of Memorial Day, there will be no residential trash, curbside recycling or brush collection May 31. In addition, the following facilities will be closed: City Hall  Heritage Aquatic Center Hunter Ferrell Landfill Irving Arts Center Libraries North Lake Natatorium Recreation centers The West Irving and Cimarron Family aquatic centers and spray parks will be open beginning Saturday, May 29. Visit CityofIrving.org/Aquatics for details. All offices and services will resume normal business hours on June 1.
