Seeking a hard-working, reliable maintenance technician for an apartment complex in the Brewer's Hill / Bronzeville neighborhood of Milwaukee.
The property has over 100 apartments of affordable, senior housing.
Ideal candidate should have 3+ years experience with general maintenance, including plumbing, light electric, cleaning, landscaping. Typical duties include cleaning common areas and grounds, troubleshooting plumbing/electrical issues in apartments, turning over apartments after move-outs, and anything else necessary to help repair and maintain the building.
This is a full-time position with excellent health benefits.
