shared practice room - looking for bands or solo musicians - $325

hello, I recently got in touch with a warehouse that is renting out an extra room as a music rehearsal studio or work space. I am a drummer looking to set up my small bop kit and some recording and cymbal smithing equipment, but this would only occupy about half of the total floor space (~270 sf total). The rent, at $650/month, is out of my budget. But I can pay half of it. If you are a solo musician or a band looking for a really nice place to practice, or an artist looking for some studio space, consider splitting the room with me. It's a private room with a door and windows, outlets, shelving, and a little bit of soundproofing. It's essentially empty right now, and we could work together to make it a really cool practice space. The company that is renting out the room design bike racks and occupy the workshop 9-5 on weekdays. We would sign an agreement with them as a form of accountability since, understandably, they don't want random people coming in and potentially tampering with their equipment, among other things.
