HELP 3 abandoned cats

They were left behind by their owner a few months ago. I was unaware of their situation until about 2 weeks ago when my other neighbor had told me. I've been feeding them ever since and bringing them fresh water. I even made them a insulated shelter to sleep 💤 in. For those cold nights. But I can tell they are in bad shape one has a leg so big not sure what happened to him but I can see it's causing him/her great pain. They are so thin and just look like they are ready to give up on life. When I pass by some times I see them waiting for there family that is never coming back but they don't know that so they still sit and wait their little hearts are broken. I wish I could help them more but my resources are limited I have 3 dogs at home so I can't bring them in although when I look out my window I often find them sitting in front of my house it breaks my heart 💔 How could someone just leave them like this. Please help I'm not sure what to do I don't want to call animal control because they will more then likely euthanize them so that's not an option! I'm not sure all three of them were left together or just showed up to keep eachother company. They seem like mean cats but it only took me a couple of days for the hissing to stop and now they come right up to me looking for some affection. I'm looking for some advise or maybe someone to take them home and love them that would be great.
