FOUND: black & white small chubby dog

I purchased a small black and white dog from a young woman by the lake. I have a strong feeling he had a home and got lost and she found/sold him. He’s definitely still a puppy. Very friendly. Crate trained, not house broken, or trained. I have no clue what breed he is, but definitely a mix of some sort. Please contact me if you suspect this is your dog. I am in Oakland by Lake Merritt.
