At Larken Associates we are always looking for great people to join our growing team. Our technicians must be able to perform general maintenance including basic plumbing, painting, masonry, and HVAC system troubleshooting. Responsibilities also include utilizing our mobile app to manage all assigned and preventative work orders to ensure all property needs are completed adequately and timely.
Our team members must have
A valid driver’s license· An excellent driving recordThe ability to pass a background checkMinimum of 1-2 years of experience in building maintenanceGood attention to detail, follow-through, and a positive “can-do” attitude
