Small Group A Bit Faster Ride

This is a small group ride at a faster pace and a farther distance than our usual Slow Rides. Many riders would like to go a bit farther and faster, so for this ride we will ride about 10 miles at a pace of 10 - 12 mph. This is not particularly fast or far but is almost twice as far as our usual Slow Rides and at a pace about twice as fast. If you are unsure whether you can ride this far and this fast then you should skip this Ride. We have a wonderful route that will take us though downtown, into East Hill, North Hill and into the west side of the city. Ride Squad members will assist the Ride but we will not have a police escort and so will honor all traffic laws. This is a donation-based ride, with tickets available for a donation of at least $1 per rider. We also expect to have some social time after the Ride by gathering at a nearby restaurant.
