I have sheared off a bolt in the thermostat housing/engine block that I need removed. See photographs.
1992 Toyota pickup, 4-cylinder 22-RE. I've tried once to ream it out and installed a smaller diameter bolt that subsequently sheared off too (3rd image before install of 2nd failed self tapping bolt). The hardened steel bolt sheared off and is really stuck and my bolt/screw extractor kits are insufficient. The thermostat housing is a little recessed and hard to access to some degree. The other bolt is removed and replaced fine. The bolt hole is part of the engine block so can't just be removed. The female threads are probably still good as I have avoided over-reaming the receiving bolt.
Willing to solicit offers to remove the sheared bolt. Techniques and price negotiable.
