Mr./Ms. Painter Are you available Thursday? I have some floor trim boards that need painting. (Or replacing?) M. Is. 800 sf 2 bedroom 1 bath Apt. No trim in kitchen or bathroom. Tell me your qualifications. Reply via CL. Any thoughts on cost of painting one or two coats vs just putting in new trim? Would new trim need to be painted? Leave your phone number. I don't know what is fair. I don't want to waste your time. I'd like to get unit rented this weekend. I pay for materials, you probably buy it supply tools of the trade. Bedrooms are 10' x 12'; living room/dining 10' x 12 and 13' x 12' and 16 x 12' (At least that is what I stepped off and wrote down). Pictures are from another unit. This one has carpet not laminates. CAN YOU DO THE JOB THURSDAY? I might get two bids but perhaps just go with the gut on best applicant. I think the boards are 1.5" but not sure. Just a guesstimate on labor costs. Thank you.
