Our 36 year old company is looking for some new apprentices to train. We need several technicians. Most of our techs are cross trained in Window Cleaning, Pressure Washing, Roof Cleaning. We get to work outside, work on amazing homes, do work that is instantly rewarding, challenging, and makes a difference in people's lives. We brighten people's day! Our ideal candidate is comfortable and has experience: climbing, climbing ladders, working on roofs, high detail work, customer service, any construction or home service experience. "Cleaning windows" is not easy. It's challenging, takes a while to get it down well, and takes a long time to get fast at. If you value efficiency, working hard, reputation, family and relationships then you'll be a great fit with us and we'll treat you like family. Wage is negotiable depending on experience. That said starting wages can be: $20-30/ hour for an experienced window cleaner. $17-20 for someone with relevant experience. $15-18 for newbs.
