Landscape Crew. Tired of mowing lawns and being stuck on maintenance crews? Have a rock solid work ethic and the skills to back it? If you answered yes, you might be the person we are looking for. We are a smaller/mid sized (25 employees) company based out of Tacoma seeking out landscape professionals who are ready to work under the direct supervision of the Department Lead doing every aspect of the industry. Everything from helping to build retaining walls, fencing, installing water features and taking down trees, to throwing bark and installing rock and plants to freshen up an old landscape. This position requires the ability to stay organized, report and communicate directly with the department supervisor, safely drive company vehicles (VALID DRIVERS LICENSE REQUIRED), follow instructions and uphold training standards. We move full steam ahead at all times, high energy and attention to detail are absolute musts. Pay increases are obtainable for those who work hard, communicate well and take on responsibility as well as take pride in their work. Slackers need not apply. The work load is high and the expectations are even higher. Must be willing to submit a drug test (cannabis is okay) and background check at time of hire. Schedule is 7am to 4:30 pm M-F with occasional Saturday’s. Average 45-50 hours a week. Reliable transportation, and valid drivers License also required.
