I'm looking for run-down looking houses in Stockton, and I will pay you up to $150-$175 of added income paid weekly to find them. Your job is to find 50 houses in 1-2 hours per day that meet the following criteria (very easy for you to do in the neighborhoods I will assign): Examples of houses that you would look for: Stuffed-full mailbox Broken or boarded up windows Tarp on the roof or falling-off gutters Visually in bad shape Tall grass Handicap ramp Window Unit Air Conditioners Hasn't been sold in the last 5-7 years (I'll give you an app to be able to tell) When you see a run-down house, your job will be to pull over and input the house in an app on your smartphone. The app is called DealMachine. A key part of this job will also be software testing. We will listen to your feedback, daily, about what we can improve in the app. If you experience a crash or something unexpected in the software, we will use your feedback to fix any issues as soon as possible. This will help other members have an incredible experience with the DealMachine app because of your feedback. We expect to have hundreds of applicants and we are looking for the most detail-oriented, technology-savvy, and friendly drivers. Please expect a small paid assignment that includes setting up the app and demonstrating ability to use the app as part of the selection process.
