HCA OR CNA NEEDED. Credentials must be current, and up to date. Must be willing to sign a contract with the DSHS, and complete a background check in less you already have a contract with the DSHS, and background check. Client is looking for a male caregiver to assist with 45 hours a month. She preferable would like the hours from 10:30/11:00am to 2:25/2:30pm on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Assistance requirements at this time would be transporting client to doctors appointment's, and grocery shopping in provider vehicle. Providing housekeeping, laundry, meal prep, foot care, hygiene maintance, supervision with mobility outdoors, and rarely bathing. Sometimes you will need to help with lifting things that are heavy. Client is a Women in her 30's who has multiple health conditions. She has many physical limitations and walk with a cane/ walker.
