Rough Carpentry - Drop Girder underneath rotted floor joist

A few floor joists have rotted where connected to the girder in two areas....I'd like have a double 2 by 8 by 10 placed under the joists as a drop girder to support the floor and cement blocks beneath that to support the drop girder. I'd like some sort of bracing (either Simpson ties or wood blocking) around to prevent lateral movement or torsion. This must be done from beneath the house. 28 to 34 inch crawspace. This will require a trip to view, a home depot trip, and a trip back to complete it. I expect it to be about a 1/2 day project.
