CONCORD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Merrimack County Superior Court. Joshua M. Davis, 39, of Range Road in Loudon on acts prohibited: possession with intent to distribute-fentanyl and three counts of controlled drug act; acts prohibited-buprenorphine, methamphetamine, and cocaine, all felonies, after an incident on Feb. 16 in Concord. D'Anne Dawson, 44, of Ferry Street in Allenstown on two felony domestic violence charges. She was accused of hitting a man in the wrist and torso with a baseball bat on Jan. 22 in Allenstown. John Defeo, 47, of Williamine Drive in Newton on a felony receiving stolen property charge. He was accused of stealing a box truck owned by American Ashphalt of Hooksett on Nov. 3, 2020. Michael Deveno, 52, of Chestnut Street in Franklin on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge after an incident at the Cumberland Farms in Boscawen on Dec. 17, 2020. Twice before, according to the indictment, he has been convicted on theft charges. Emedin Dizdarevic, 27, of Laconia on a felony robbery charge. He was accused of using physical force against a person at Walmart on Loudon Road on Jan. 30 during the course of a theft of a sweatshirt. Shana Dutterer, 28, a homeless woman now located in Concord, on a felony possession of a controlled drug; acts prohibited-fentanyl charge after an incident on Feb. 8 in Concord. Alan K. Edwards, 50, of West Road in Bradford on a felony habitual offender charge after an incident on Interstate 93 in Bow on Feb. 29. Albert Emery IV, 25, of Rockway Road in Hopkinton on operating while deemed a habitual offender and theft by unauthorized taking charges, both felonies. He was accused of stealing a truck from and driving on Industrial Drive in Loudon on Jan. 7. Matthew Facher, 39, of Union Street in Goffstown on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-meth charge on Nov. 29, 2020, in Hooksett. He was out on bail at the time of the arrest, according to the indictment. Nicole Flood, 31, a homeless woman now located in Concord on receiving stolen property and controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl charges after an incident in Concord on Dec. 5, 2020. Kirah M. Fogg, 29, of School Street in Franklin on two felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited charges-meth, fentanyl on March 8 in Franklin. Sarah Foote, 36, of Elm Street in Tilton on three felony counts of controlled drug act; acts prohibited-cocaine, tramadol, fentanyl on Jan. 27, 2020, in Franklin.
