Courier Express is seeking 3rd shift Warehouse Associates Stop by our Open House on Thursday, 5/27 between 4p - 7p for an on the spot interview: Courier Express 1445 Greenleaf St Charleston, SC 29405 Compensation: $13.00 Hourly Employment Type: Part Time Must be at least 18 years of age. Purpose of the Position: Be part of a team of warehouse personnel, processes, and activities in order to meet deadlines and customer expectations. You will begin your 3rd shift position at 4:00am and end at 9:00am Monday- Friday. You will be sorting and moving freight and maintaining a clean area. Primary Job Duties: Become part of a group of individuals on a sort line to include but not limited to driving pace, accuracy and improvement. Unload & sort freight onto pallets to their correct locations. Maintain performance and productivity standards. Follow a standard of excellence across the team. Utilize various machinery such as forklifts and pallet jacks to organize product in the warehouse. Training will be provided. Personal Skills Required: Ability to plan and carry out daily agenda with limited supervision, proven ability to multitask, highly developed organizational skills, ability to interact with employees at a variety of levels, excellent communication skills, rapid response to issues, and attention to detail.
