We are looking for a working Lead Operator/Underground Utilities Foreman and a general labor who has experience with underground. Looking for someone who makes sound judgments, promotes safety and is an excellent communicator.  Must be able to run jobs efficiently as possible while maximizing quality production. This is a physically demanding job.  You will oversee and install underground conduit, service lines, meters, storm, sanitary, water and gas lines as needed for the project. You will also be responsible for managing and performing earthwork and traffic control duties as necessary. As a successful foreman you embody initiative, responsibility and maintain a positive, can-do-attitude at all times. You will serve as the front-line Safety Officer for the site/project, and are directly responsible for the safety of your crew.
