We are seeking a/an Job Title for a role at InterCoastal Financial, Inc.'s apartment complex located in Little Rock. InterCoastal Financial, Inc. manages 240 units of conventional and affordable multifamily housing throughout the Unites States and Puerto Rico.
Qualifications:
Must have at least three years’ maintenance experience
Must possess a valid North Carolina Driver’s License and Company-required auto insurance.
Must have prior maintenance experience in Multi-Family Housing
Must have own vehicle (truck preferred) and maintenance tools
Experience in all aspects/phases of maintenance and construction
Strong skills in electrical, carpentry, plumbing, painting and drywall
Supervisory experience is preferred
English/Spanish bilingual preferred
HVAC Certification is preferred
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
Schedule and prepare unit turnovers, including all preparation work
Perform appliance repairs
Experience in conducting unit inspections
Maintain a clean property
Manage and supervisor maintenance technicians
Additional duties as assigned verbally or in writing
