MAY 25, 2021 UPDATE: Alberta Finnerson was located and was being reunited with her family. MURRIETA, CA — A Silver Alert was issued Tuesday morning for a 73-year-old woman last seen in Murrieta. Alberta Finnerson was last seen about 8 p.m. Monday, according to the California Highway Patrol, which issued the alert on behalf of the Murrieta Police Department. An approximate location where Finnerson was last seen was not disclosed. Finnerson is Black, 5 feet, 4 inches tall and weighs 100 pounds with black hair and brown eyes. She is believed to be driving a gray, 2005 Acura TSX with California license plate number 5RPA117. Anyone who knows the whereabouts of Finnerson was asked to call 911. The Silver Alert program was established to issue and coordinate alerts involving the unexplained or suspicious disappearance of elderly, developmentally disabled or cognitively impaired individuals, according to the CHP.
